The area is surrounded by olive groves, where many of them are over a century old. This area begins from the outskirts of the village of Saint Mathew (the largest village of the area), follows along the edge of the west coast of the island to the north, continues towards Paramonas beach and ending up at Pentati village.

To the south of the area, Lake Corission and Halikounas beach (both areas are part of the Natura 2000 network) can be explored. Also, visitors can explore several picturesque villages like Agios Gordis , Pelekas, Glyfada and the well-known village of Paleokastritsa along with its turquoise waters and sandy beach. Moreover, visitors with families can explore nearby organized beaches like Prasoudi and Paramonas.

Our location is only a 30-minute drive (25km) from the city of Corfu, where the island’s airport and harbor are situated. Besides the aforementioned services, there is no need to highlight that the city of Corfu is a landmark in itself and is of great interest to many of our visitors who want to explore its historic streets, experience numerous activities and taste the excellent cuisine of the island.
